In each Reiki class, you will learn concepts, see demonstrations, and have lots of hands-on practice. You will also receive one or more atunements which will open your energy pathways and allow Reiki to flow.

First Degree Reiki Class
In this class you will learn:

• How this powerful healing method works and where it came from.
• How to use the Reiki energy as a daily self-healing method.
• How to give a Reiki session to others.
• Practical tips on energy usage.

Second Degree Reiki Class
After this class you will be able to:

• Increase your Reiki power.
• Support the healing of emotional distress and addictions in self and others.
• Send Reiki to distant locations.
• Send Reiki to past traumas or future situations.
• Clear the energy in a room.
• Use newly discovered Japanese Reiki techniques.
• Use three Reiki symbols.

Reiki Master Level
This is an individualized process that involves a one-year mentorship, review and participation in 1st and 2nd Degree classes, and a three-day Reiki Master Teacher class. Reiki Master students completing this process will:

• Be fully proficient in the use of the Reiki energy and symbols
• Have a depth of experience using Reiki
• Be able to talk easily about Reiki to others
• Embody the principles of Reiki in every day life
• Be fully prepared to teach Reiki to others
• Be granted Reiki Master Teacher status
  

Reiki and Self Care
I recommend that all Reiki Students use Reiki every day on themselves.  To begin this process, I suggest committing to a 21 day Reiki self care routine.  Here is a link to a page with suggestions for this 21 day process.  Link
